Consultations and Pricing

• Initial consultations are offered as described on our website
• Treatment plans and pricing will be discussed during your consultation
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in USD

Service Terms

• Appointments: Services are provided at our Lake Forest, CA location by appointment
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• Insurance: We accept out-of-network PPO plans with acupuncture coverage, as well as HSA/FSA

Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information when requesting consultations
• Inform your practitioner of any changes to your health, medications, or pregnancy status
• Follow recommended treatment plans and aftercare instructions
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Pay for services as agreed upon
